Current pricing basis

All apartments have a 2-night minimum stay. The calculator applies a 10% discount from 7 nights and 20% from 28 nights. Pets cost EUR 5 per pet per night.

Flummi Tanya is accommodation with three vacation apartments on a 20,000 m² nature estate near Ruzsa in southern Hungary.

The estate includes gardens, vineyards, a natural swimming pond, a summer kitchen, and a barbecue and campfire area. The property page shows these areas in text and photos.

Are dogs and cats welcome?

Yes. Flummi Tanya is pet-friendly. The current fee is EUR 5 per pet per night; the booking form for each apartment checks the permitted number.

How much does a stay cost?

Base rates start at EUR 45 per night for Apartments 1 and 2 and EUR 50 for Apartment 3. One-time cleaning is EUR 25 or EUR 30. The calculator shows the total for your dates and includes pets and applicable discounts.

How does booking work?

Choose an apartment and dates, review the calculation and send a non-binding request. After successful submission, the system temporarily holds the selected dates until the expiry stated in the receipt. Flummi Tanya confirms the booking separately; submitting the request does not trigger an online payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received at least 30 days before arrival are free and the deposit is refunded. The fee is 50% of the total price 15–29 days before arrival, 80% 7–14 days before arrival, and 100% less than 7 days before arrival or for a no-show. Cancellations must be sent by email.
