1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the booking and use of the vacation apartments at Flummi Tanya (hereinafter referred to as "accommodation"). By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms.

2. Booking and contract conclusion

The booking is made via the online booking form on our website. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation by e-mail. The accommodation contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of Flummi Tanya.

3. Prices and payment

The prices are per night and per apartment. The following additional costs may apply:

• Cleaning fee (one-time per stay)
• Pet fee (per animal per night)

Booking request: Submitting the form is not yet a confirmed booking and does not trigger a payment.

Payment: After confirmation, we will send the available payment methods and the payment terms that apply to your booking.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by email. Cancellations received at least 30 days before arrival are free. The following cancellation fees apply:

• At least 30 days before arrival: free cancellation (deposit refund)
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• 7–14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price

5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00

Different times can be arranged by prior agreement, subject to availability.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome in our apartments subject to the rules of each apartment. The maximum number of pets varies by apartment. A fee per animal per night applies. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pets.

7. Liability

The operator is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property of the guest. The use of the property facilities (swimming pond, garden, etc.) is at the guest's own risk. Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the apartment or property.

8. House rules

Guests are obligated to treat the apartment and property with care. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Guests must follow fire safety regulations and the general house rules communicated upon arrival.

9. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Hungarian law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions that cannot be excluded by agreement under the applicable law remain unaffected. Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply; in particular, this provision does not exclude any court at the consumer's domicile that has jurisdiction under the applicable law.
